Modeling

Fashion Runway and Image Development - (Age 8 & Up) Open to those individuals who have the potential, though, underdeveloped, to succeed in modeling. Instructor helps to create an image that fits the students best. Designed for the person who wants to develop greater self-confidence. Includes planning a wardrobe, obtain/maintain the well proportioned figure, poise, runway and makeup. Image, wardrobe, healthy skin, poise, confidence building, and learning how to walk is as important to an actor as it is to fashion modeling and print work modeling.

Pro Modeling - (Age 13 & Up) Sophisticated techniques of photography and runway are practiced. Fashion shows and photographic poses are perfected with the use of videotape. Model learns how to apply editorial makeup, and photo posing for Print work.

Commercial Print - (Age 8 & Up) This is a modeling class, unlike fashion, where as there are no height, weight or age restrictions. Students learn different types of advertising for print ads in newspapers, catalogs, magazines, brochures, billboards for commercial print and media.

Acting

TV Commercial – (Age 8 & Up) Open only to those who have a sincere desire for the commercial field of TV. When it comes to selling a product there must be a balance between the product and the actor. Learn to enhance the product, not upstage it. Learn to make-believe, yet remain believable.

Sitcom - (Age 8 & Up) Prepares the actor/actress to do a reading, that is take a scene from the scrip, look it over and give a performance. It is different skill the serious actor must acquire.

Improv - (Age 8 & Up) A supportive learning environment designed to enhance and enrich acting and improvisational skills. Improv stretches the actor's creativity and imagination, improvise while working from the script on the spot, characters, relationships, and conflict with other actors, skills needed on a film or television set.

Monologue - (Age 8 & Up) Actor's program for memorizing and performing on camera three separate monologues in three different styles: Comedy, Serious and Commercial. Student is expected to provide appropriate monologues and practice is expected outside of class.

Film Acting/Production

Basic Film Acting – (Age 8 & Up) Teaches fundamental acting tools. A serious student must find a reason for being on stage, finding a reason to express fullest feelings importantly. Designed for working with the body as a tool.

Film Acting
- (Age 8 & Up) Information is valid and applicable for serious actors to set foundations to experiment with and use as a general blueprint. Students who apply passion, dedication and follow through as much as their actual acting techniques will learn to break down the barriers of fear, intimidation and lack of confidence.


Film Production - (Age 8 & Up) Teaches life/long workplace skills for film in the Denver market and also carry to major markets in entertainment. Start to finish with the Director to the Producer. Advanced film study includes: interpersonal responsibility, technology & perception. Prerequisite: Film Acting or Monologue.

Preteen

Child Model Workshop - (Age 5-7) This Workshop is designed to give the preteen confidence and poise, in addition to an introduction to modeling, photo posing and TV Commercials.

Child TV Commercial - (Age 5-7) This course is for children age 5 to 7 who are expressive and want to learn how to act on camera. Good Voice control, animation and realism are all taught.

Child Commercial Print (Age 5-7) Students learn different types of advertising for print ads in newspapers, catalogs, magazines, brochures, billboards for commercial print and media.

Child Improv – (Age 5-7) Designed to enhances and enrich acting and improvisational skills. Stretches the child’s creativity and imagination. A skill needed for a child acting in film and television.

Child Film Acting – (Age 5-7) Teaches fundamental acting tools. Student learns to express fullest feeling importantly.

Singing

Singing Pro Workshop - Learn to sing. The Vocal coach will work with you on your vocal pitch, vibrato, basic breathing, posture technique, training your ear, and your vocal range and with warm-ups. These classes are of an advocational nature, therefore, designed to increase confidence and self esteem and learn to express creativity with your singing voice.


Dancing

Teen Dance Workshop - The ever-present need of our youth to keep up with their contemporaries makes it imperative that they know how to dance. Three dance styles are introduced learning rhythm and basic steps, therefore of an advocational nature. The workshop allows the student to become involved, achieve successful social self esteem, coordination, and a form of exercise. Dance styles can change with student interest. Fun and exciting class to showcase your performance.


Makeup Artistry

Train to Work as a Makeup Artist: Earn Your Certificate In 15 Weeks. Evening class Wednesday Nights 6pm - 9pm. Ages 16 & Up. Females and Males. Taught by a Professional makeup Artist. Includes a Professional Photo Shoot to captivate your work and endorse the start of your Makeup Artist Portfolio.
